Can I get immediate cover and pay by instalments?
~ Yes, immediate cover can be agreed subject to details and we have flexible
payment schemes to suit, subject to criteria.
What are uninsured losses?
~ Uninsured losses are costs for which you are responsible, example are the policy
excess, the cost of a hire car and medical expenses you may incur. However, if you
have legal expenses cover then they will, following and incident, negotiate to recover
an insured persons uninsured losses and costs and will help in appealing or defending
an appeal. If an appointed lawyer is used they will pay the legal costs for this.
The most they will pay for all claims that are from the same insured incident is £100,000.
What is market value?
~ The cost of replacing your car, with one of a similar make, model, year, mileage
and condition based on market prices at the time of loss.
What is policy excess?
~ This is part of the claim you agree to pay and the Insurer will cover you for the remaining amount. You should get the excess back if an incident is proven to be the fault of another driver via your legal expense provider as long as a Third Party
is known and insured.

Who do I call if I have a problem?
~ You can call us within office hours, however, for out of office hours your insurers will have a 24 hour helpline for claims and your legal advice.
